Tricia Lee

Tricia is Sr. Manager User Growth at BigSpring where she plays both the Product Manager and Customer Success roles to scale Customer Growth with a customer-centric product DNA. Previously, Tricia was an early member of the Uber Eats APAC team where she set up and scaled merchant onboarding, ads & marketing tech, and customer experience in the region. She has 10 years experience transforming ambiguous problems into scalable customer-centric products & solutions across tech, management consulting and financial services/fintech as a founding member of multicultural global teams.

Tricia has a M.A. B.A. from the University of Cambridge where she read Natural Sciences (Biological) and was already always at the cusp of different fields and cultures, which has greatly shaped her approach to innovation, strategy and product.
