‍About the Role

As the Head of Product at BigSpring, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform. You will lead a dynamic product team and be responsible for driving our product strategy to new heights. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful development and delivery of innovative products that empower individuals and organizations to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

‍What you’ll do

  • Product Vision: Define and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with BigSpring's mission and long-term objectives.
  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, including roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a talented team of product managers and designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • User-Centric Approach: Continuously gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product development decisions.
  • Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of products.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage data and analytics to make informed product decisions, monitor product performance, and iterate for continuous improvement.
  • Technology Integration: Work on integrating BigSpring with enterprise tech stacks to drive value and revenue for our clients.

‍What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 12 years leading product & design organizations; 4+ years for a SaaS/Cloud organization.
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Industry-leading product management and design expertise within a global software development organization.
  • Proven experience in product management and leadership roles
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Track record of building solid relationships with key customers and using customer insights to drive continuous improvement and customer-centric product development.
  • Deep expertise in Enterprise SaaS product delivery and go-to-market strategy.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and using data and insights to inform product strategy.
  • Proven track record of developing the product vision and strategy, value proposition, and roadmap
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with AI-driven platforms and mobile-first product development is a plus.
  • A track record of successfully bringing innovative products to market.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
